If you currently have a dealer you are working with, The SOHO Shop LLC will provide the project to your current dealer for restoration. The SOHO Shop LLC customers can expect the following response based on their current maintenance contract.
Current Customer: We will assist you in diagnosing the failure and provide you the options for restoral based on the warranty of your product. Basic time and material rates apply.
Gold Support Contract: We will assist you in diagnosing the failure and provide you the options for restoral based on the warranty of your product. If the current device cannot be recovered onsite and the equipment is still under warranty, we will preload and ship a replacement device with the current project we have on file to you via 2 day shipping for remote customers, and next day onsite replacement for customers within our 100 mile of our technician network.
Platinum Support Contract: We will assist you in diagnosing the failure and provide you the options for restoral based on the warranty of your product. If the current device cannot be recovered onsite, we will preload and ship a replacement device with the current project we have on file to you via next day shipping for remote customers, and same day onsite replacement for customers within our 100 mile of our technician network.
